  Release Notes. Common Safeguard Corridor, Sales Currency Dec 2, 2025

  Here’s what’s new this week: You can now set a common Safeguard corridor for all variants in a Pricing Group, with price updates and clear visual feedback in the Pricing Preview. Plus, easily switch your sales data to show in your base account currency—conversion is instant and automatic.

  You can now enable the "Use common Safeguard corridor" setting when configuring a Pricing Group. This new checkbox appears under the "Apply rules" section and allows price calculation within a corridor defined by the lowest minimum safeguard and highest maximum safeguard across all group variants. When this corridor cannot be established mathematically, you choose a fallback: either force the floor to the highest existing minimum safeguard or the ceiling to the lowest maximum safeguard.Selection of these settings automatically recalculates prices based on the adjusted corridor and displays the resulting bounds visually in the Pricing Preview interface. An information tooltip explains the shared corridor logic, and the corridor values are listed for reference in the "Price suggestion" or "Safeguards" tab.

  A new toggle labeled Show Sales in Account currency is now available in all Sales metrics views. The default state is off, displaying all sales values in their original local currencies. When you turn the toggle on, all monetary columns—including Sales, Gross Profit, Unit Margin, Unit Cost, Profit Forecast, and Revenue Forecast—instantly update to show values converted into your account's base currency, as specified in your account settings. Currency symbols and table headers also adjust to reflect your account currency.Conversions use the latest ECB exchange rates and are performed dynamically in the UI. Derived values such as Gross Margin % are unaffected by this change. The toggle responds instantly, and updated rates are cached for 24 hours to ensure quick performance without repeated network calls.

  This release introduces major upgrades across data integration, pricing, and authentication. Key highlights include full support for multi-source VAT handling with clear priority logic, a new Margin % column in price suggestions, context-aware competitor filtering, automatic Shopify metafields import, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Single Sign-On, and a new Magento data connector for seamless product and sales sync.

  The system now accepts VAT rates from multiple input sources. You can provide VAT through API feeds at the ProductVariant, StoreProduct, or Store level, or set VAT manually via the Custom Data Editor at the ProductVariant level and as a default at the Account level.

  If more than one source provides a VAT rate for the same item, the system applies a clear priority order: manual entry on ProductVariant, ProductVariant API feed, StoreProduct API feed, Store API feed, and finally Account-level default. VAT is consistently resolved following this hierarchy, always stopping at the first available value.

  The UI displays both the source and applied value of VAT for transparency, and logs the VAT source and selection in case of conflicts for audit and debugging purposes. VAT rates update dynamically when input sources are changed, and test coverage includes all combinations of source availability.

  Release Notes. Visual Builder and Store-Level Pricing Sep 12, 2025

  This release introduces the Visual Pricing Strategy Workflow Builder, making it easier to design and manage pricing strategies with a drag-and-drop interface. You’ll also notice smarter VAT handling, more flexible store-level pricing, and new product-specific markdowns based on expiry dates. Give these features a try in your pricing workflows.

  The Visual Pricing Strategy Workflow Builder enables you to create, edit, and manage pricing strategies as interactive workflows. You can design your strategy with entry points, conditions, pricing actions, and safeguards, connecting each step using logical flows such as When matched, If not matched, or On success. Each workflow is constructed with drag-and-drop components, and the interface supports dynamic updates as rules are added or modified. You can zoom in and out or drag to navigate larger strategies. Save, edit, or delete workflows directly within the builder, and use the preview mode to test how pricing rule sets will apply to sample products. Workflows can also be exported and shared internally.

  AI-generated price suggestions are now visually constrained within each product’s historical price change range. The strategic gateway’s price-profit curve displays minimum and maximum historical prices, allowing you to see at a glance if a suggested price stays within familiar boundaries. The updated visualization highlights the historical price range using shaded areas and markers. You can distinguish the price floor, current price, suggested price, and a newly introduced optimal price zone, which reflects historical performance and price elasticity modeling. Tooltips and a legend clarify the meaning of each marker. Price elasticity confidence is visually indicated, with cues such as varying line thickness or confidence bars. Hovering over the suggested price shows a detailed breakdown of contributing factors, including sales dynamics, elasticity analysis, and the historical positioning of the proposed price.

  VAT rates can now be specified through multiple sources, including ProductVariant feed, StoreProduct feed, Store feed, manual entry at the ProductVariant level via the Custom Data Editor, or as a default at the Account level. When several VAT rates are available for the same item, the system follows a defined priority order—starting from manual entry at the ProductVariant level, through feeds at the ProductVariant, StoreProduct, and Store levels, and finally to the Account-level default. The VAT rate is resolved based on the first available source in this hierarchy. The UI displays the selected VAT value and its originating source for each item. Whenever there are conflicting VAT values across different feeds, the system logs the source and the chosen rate to support transparency and audit requirements. VAT rates dynamically update across calculations and reporting if any upstream VAT source is modified.
