We’ve also added real-time data error alerts via API and integrations. If files are missing or formats are wrong, you’ll know right away — no more guessing.

Data Health Status in Products View

Introducing "Data Health Status" to the Products view lets you effortlessly assess data readiness for analytics and pricing strategies. This new feature includes a traffic light icon, providing a quick visual indicator based on data freshness and completeness, including product data, competitor prices, sales data, elasticity calculations, and seasonality calculations. The traffic light logic is as follows: a green light indicates that all data points are updated within the last seven days; yellow means all are updated within the period except for elasticities; red signals that some data sources or elasticities are out-of-date. Hover over the icon for a compact report detailing the most recent updates for each data category, ensuring you have the necessary insights at a glance.

Track and Monitor Data Updates via API & Integrations

Receive real-time notifications for data update errors, with an error log that lists specific issues such as missing files or incorrect formats. These alerts can be configured as in-app notifications or sent via email, ensuring you are updated promptly about any data processing issues.

The raw data viewer gives you the power to inspect data before and after processing. It includes search and filter options, and the ability to toggle between raw and processed data views. Additionally, you can manage default values for critical fields, ensuring smoother operations even when expected data is missing, all from a dedicated settings page.

Default Safeguards Update in Strategies

You will now find that in Personal Settings, the default safeguards for all strategies have switched from using 'Starting Price' to 'Price' as the Base Value. This update applies to all strategy types, including Manual Price Change, Price Optimization, and Dynamic Pricing. When adding new safeguards, 'Price' will automatically be the default option in the selection dropdowns. Existing safeguards will remain unchanged unless you decide to edit them.

Safeguard Template Selection in Price Simulator

The safeguard creation process now includes the ability to choose from a range of templates. This addition lets you apply predefined structures and settings to facilitate the setup, ensuring consistency and saving time when configuring new safeguards.

Profit Optimization Grouping in Price Simulator

The profit optimization feature in the Price Simulator now functions correctly when Pricing Groups are enabled. This improvement ensures calculations can be accurately performed at the product level, regardless of group settings. Additionally, if group-based calculations are preferred, an average elasticity can be used and applied across all group variants for consistent optimization results. Both options are now thoroughly tested and documented for seamless integration into your pricing strategy.

Delete Expired Pricing Strategies

The new deletion feature empowers you to remove expired pricing strategies within the Pricing Strategies view. This update integrates a delete action into the options menu, complete with a confirmation prompt to safeguard against accidental deletions. Only users with specific permissions can execute deletions, ensuring controlled access to this functionality. When a strategy is deleted, it is permanently removed from the database and no longer appears in any listings.

Units in Price Simulator

You can now input changes in units (e.g., +1 Euro) instead of just percentages in the Price Simulator. This enhancement applies to the "Price change," "Cost Change," and "Stock adjustment" fields. Users can toggle between percentage and unit inputs, with automatic conversion based on current values. Visual indicators and clear labeling are provided to distinguish between percentage and unit inputs. Frontend validation and formatting have been updated to support this new functionality, ensuring consistency and clarity throughout simulations.

Update Default Repricing Rule to 'Require Manual Approval'

The default repricing rule within pricing strategy settings will now automatically set to "Require manual approval before repricing." This update alters the existing setup where options for automatic approval and manual approval were previously available, aligning all pricing strategies with the new policy requirement.

Safeguard Violation Alerts in Price Calculations

Safeguard violation alerts provide insight during price calculations by notifying you when a safeguard, such as a maximum percentage increase or minimum margin, is violated. This feature flags these issues with a visible alert/notification icon next to the price and provides details on the violated safeguards through a tooltip or details modal. In addition, a safeguard violation automatically sets the "Approve" field to No, requiring your manual approval to proceed with the price adjustment.

Improved Product Selection Navigation

Selecting products in the product view now seamlessly redirects you to a new simulation, enhancing clarity and ensuring you begin fresh analytical sessions without confusion. This adjustment removes the automatic link to prior simulations, offering a more straightforward interaction flow and better aligning with expected user behavior.

"New Unit Cost" Column in Simulation Product View

The product view in simulations now features a "New Unit Cost" column, offering direct visibility into how COGS % changes affect unit costs. This column calculates and displays the recalculated unit cost based on the applied COGS percentage change and is formatted to show currency and percentage fluctuations (e.g., +120%). Located after the "New Unit Margin %" column, it maintains consistency with existing layout styles and displays accurately across all scenarios.
